SIM CAM

F2.8 & 1/250sec very blury background.
F4 & 1/125sec blury
F5.6 & 1/60sec more blury
F8 & 1/60sec kind of clrear
F11 &1/30sec clear
F16 &1/15sec more clearly
F22 & 1/8sec better background
The best F-stop for me is F4 & 1/125sec .

Finally, what is happening to the people themselves at slow Shutter Speeds? What could the photographer do to help combat this problem? What is the lowest Shutter Speed do you think a photographer can hand-hold the camera? The picture gets better and better each time it starts of looking ugly and not good at all. The photographer should leave it at Fstop F4 and 1.125 sec.The lowest shutter the photographer can go would be  1/125sec F4
